What it is

Built by racers, for race day

Running a barrel race used to mean spreadsheets, paper draws, a stopwatch and a long night adding up results. Racing Babes puts the whole race in one place. Organizers spend less time on paperwork, riders know where they stand, and families can follow along from anywhere.

It runs on the organizer's own computer and keeps working when the arena Wi-Fi drops. When the organizer is ready, they can publish live results and leaderboards straight to this website.

Functionalities

Everything race day needs

Event setup in minutes

Multi-day events, barrels and poles, age and skill categories, side pots and series. Copy last year's event and change only what's new.

Easy signups

Import entries from Google Forms, Excel or CSV, or add riders by hand. Problem rows are flagged for review instead of breaking the whole file.

Fair, one-click draw

A randomized running order with sections and spacing for riders on several horses. Confirm it before you publish.

Race Mode

A big, simple screen for entering times rider by rider. Fix mistakes, handle scratches, take breaks, and pick up where you left off.

Live results

Choose what the crowd sees, the run order with times or the leaderboard, and it updates online as you score.

Leaderboards & divisions

Automatic 1D/2D/3D/4D placings, showing as many places as each event features, plus series standings and finals, ready the moment the last rider crosses the line.

Solution abilities

Why organizers trust it

  • Works offlineEverything is saved on the organizer's computer first. Bad arena internet never costs you a score.
  • Private by designRider phone numbers, emails and payouts stay private to the organizer. Public pages never show money or contact details.
  • Safe backupsPassword-protected event backups, and you can restore an event on another computer.
  • Organizer accessSensitive actions such as finances and finalizing an event need organizer authorization.
  • ExportsDownload results and leaderboards as spreadsheets to share with associations and sponsors.
  • Seen across AlbertaEvery published event appears on the Racing Babes map so riders can find their next race.
Why we do it

Our goal

Less time on paperwork and more time at the arena. We want every organizer to run a smooth, fair race day, and every rider and family to feel part of it.
